Information about Cannalope Haze marijuana strain:

Remember that not all strains are created equally. That being said, you can expect to have different physical and mental highs depending on the type of strain you are using.

Some are easy to handle while others could be too strong even for seasoned users.

Take the Cannalope Haze for example. This is one strain you do not want to be messing around, especially if you are not really up for a strong cerebral high effect.

While some people find the use of this cannabis comforting, there are also others who may not tolerate the effects well.

The information below is your quick guide to all the important things you need to know about the Cannalope Haze strain before you even think of trying it out during your next pot session.

The Cannalope Haze is a two-way cross between the Haze Brothers and a Mexican Sativa.

Aside from that, with a 95% Sativa content, it can potentially give its users a narcotic-like effect which is most likely too much to handle for first time users.

Some of its prominent cerebral effects include an uplifted mood, a strong sense of euphoria. Although the cerebral high starts induce mental alertness at the onset, this is soon followed by the buzzing high.

While the Indica content of the Cannalope Haze looks extremely low at 5%, some users claim to have felt the physical high more strongly and quickly than its mental effects.

It might be due to the differences in the quality or more likely, they could have used a different strain marketed with the same name.

Nevertheless, this strain still induces a physical body high and as the strong cerebral high fades, users feel lazy and sleepy.

This is one reason why it is a good strain to use in the evening.

Another good point to keep in mind is the fact that the Indica content of Cannalope Haze can have a delayed sedative-like effect on the user which, most often than not, leads to a couch lock.

Now, that is something you need to avoid in cases where you intend to engage in a strenuous activity later on after smoking your strain.

Fragrance

The aroma of Cannalope Haze is reminiscent of an odd combination of earthy, sweet and fruity with a slightly pungent scent.

Growing

Unfortunately, this strain is not for first-time growers. It takes some level of knowledge and experience in growing cannabis to successfully cultivate Cannalope Haze on your own.

It can be grown indoor or outdoor. However, cultivating Cannalope Haze outdoors require a Mediterranean climate or at least an environment that is warm and sunny enough for the plant to grow well.

That being said, it is ideally grown indoor on soil using the SOG method. The Sea of Green (SOG) method involves growing cannabis in a way that forces flowering at a young age which results to an early harvest.

During the process, the plant must first be left at vegetating state for two weeks before flowering is forced which may take several weeks.

Flowering Time

Indoors

Using the SOG method, the flowering stage should take at least 8 weeks and no more than 9 weeks before you can start harvesting. When successfully grown, you can expect a yield of 16 to 20 ounces per square meter.

Outdoors

If you are lucky enough to have the perfect weather conditions outside your home, you could grow your Cannalope Haze successfully outdoor. Flowering time outdoor usually lasts until mid to late October and the yield is also not that bad. You can expect an outdoor yield of 20 ounces or more per plant.
