God’s Treat Strain

There is no such thing as the divinity of cannabis itself. But the effects that it induces is another thing. Throughout history, it has been used in many ways including the spiritual. Before we get carried over, we are not suggesting that God’s Treat is going to take people on a mystical journey.

Information about God’s Treat:

What users can expect from this strain is tender loving care. It does so by delivering gentle mental high along with the powerful medical benefits of its Indica side – without the heavy sedating properties like many others.

To create this strain, Jordan of the Islands Seeds used two hybrids. One is the popular staple of the infamous Amsterdam coffee shops Dutch Treat. Another is a product of the breeder God Bud. Now, it is pretty obvious where the divinity of our featured strain in this article came from.

God’s Treat inherited the best qualities of its parent strains without what some people might wish to have less of. Dutch Treat passed on its exceptional cerebral buzz. God Bud passed on its insanely intense Indica traits. In the cases of the parent strains, their notable effects often overwhelm the users. But God’s Treat, on the other hand, does not. In essence, one can say that it is the better version of the two strains combined.

As can be expected, the physical high follows after and puts people into a state of relaxation. One that is calming, soothing, and even if it is intense, it does not have the numbing sedative-like effects of many other similar strains. In other words, it does not cause people to feel lethargic.

Keep in mind though that this is still a formidable cannabis. Once people use too much, then it can lead to a couch-lock. At any rate, the Indica properties of God’s Treat is not likely to negate the cerebral high such as causing a foggy mind or mental confusion. Such is one reason for its popularity among recreational users. In fact, most people should find it an excellent marijuana for daytime use.

Fragrance

A treat to the senses, that’s what this strain is all about. Take for instance its extremely delightful herbal scent with a strong candy tone. Breaking the buds is like Hansel and Gretel walking to the house in the middle of the forest and smelling the irresistible aroma of candy.

Flavors

Not to be outdone, the scent of candy becomes more pronounced, and users should be able to distinguish the taste of coffee and blueberry. Although it is a strange combination, nonetheless, it works, and many should find it to their liking.

Growing

God’s Treat will not be a problem whether growers choose to cultivate it indoor or outdoor. By all accounts, even beginners should be able to plant and nurture this plant until harvest successfully.

Flowering Time

Indoors

Although the plant is better suited outdoors, it will still thrive indoor. Of course, growers will have to keep it short, but that depends on the growing habitat. Use soil as a medium or hydroponics; it will not be a problem. It does have a very quick flowering period that can be as early as six weeks. During harves, growers can expect to harvest at least 10 ounces of buds per square meter.

Outdoors

God’s Treat will do well in a warm climate. Out in the open, it can grow up to 6 feet tall. Although it tends to be a little bushy like typical Indica plants, its leaves will look more like Sativa plants. At any rate, flowering time should occur by the mid part of September. The estimated yield per plant is around 14 ounces or possibly more.
